  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under paragraphs 1(1), 8F(1) and 12(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nMedicines\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 8C of, and paragraphs 1(1) and 7(2) of Schedule 4 and 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.\nThe Treasury has consented to the making of these Regulations as required by paragraphs 3(1) and 10 of Schedule 4 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.\nIn accordance with paragraphs 1(1), 8F(1) and 12(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by, a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
