# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 178


In regulation 218 (amendment of regulation 321 (specified publications)), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca) an EU marketing authorisation;”.”.
