# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 2


In regulation 5 (amendment of regulation 3 (scope of Regulations: special provisions))—
(a) for paragraph (2)(b) and (c) substitute—
“(b) after paragraph (i) insert—
“(ia) the EU marketing authorisation,”.”;
(b) for paragraph (3)(b) and (c) substitute—
“(b) after paragraph (i) insert—
“(aa) an EU marketing authorisation;”.”.
