# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 20


In regulation 30 (amendment of regulation 39 (further requirements for manufacturer’s licence))—
(a) “omit “, 43A”” becomes paragraph (a);
(b) after paragraph (a) insert—
“and
(b) after “and (6)” insert “and, where the product is being distributed in Northern Ireland, regulation 43A,”.”.
