# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 60


In regulation 82 (amendment of regulation 73 (obligation to notify placing on the market etc) for paragraph (3) substitute—
“(3) In paragraph (5C), for “UK marketing authorisation” insert “UKMA(NI) or UKMA(UK)”.”.
