# The Human Medicines (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 86


For regulation 115(3)(a) (amendment of Schedule 12 (material to accompany an application for a traditional herbal registration)) substitute—
“(a) after “Article 23 of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004” insert “or regulation 202A, as the case may be”;”.
