# The Human Tissue (Authorisation) (Specified Type A Procedures) (Scotland) Regulations 2020, Regulation 2: Type A procedures


The pre-death procedures specified in the second column of the table in the schedule are specified as Type A procedures for the purposes of sections 16D to 16F of the Human Tissue (Scotland) Act 2006.
