Regulation 10 Substitution of regulation 3(7)

For regulation 3(7) substitute—

“(7)

In regulation 7A (import from the EEA and Gibraltar)—

(a)

for the heading substitute “Import into Northern Ireland from the EEA”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), in the words before sub-paragraph (a)—

(i)

for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Northern Ireland”;

(ii)

omit “or Gibraltar”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (a) omit “, other than the United Kingdom, or in Gibraltar”;

(d)

in sub-paragraph (b)(i) omit “other than the United Kingdom or in Gibraltar”;

(e)

in sub-paragraph (b)(ii) omit “, other than the United Kingdom, or in Gibraltar”.”.
