Regulation 24 Substitution of regulation 3(20)

For regulation 3(20) substitute—

“(20)

In Schedule 1 (licences), in paragraph 5A for “certificate” to the end substitute—

“certificate—

(a)

of authority in relation to Great Britain, in such form as the Authority considers appropriate,

(b)

in relation to Northern Ireland, in the form set out in Annex II to the fourth Directive.”.”.
