# The Human Tissue (Quality and Safety for Human Application) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 3: Insertion of regulation 3(1A)


After regulation 3(1) insert—
“(1A) In regulation 2(3) (extent and application), for “import into the United Kingdom” substitute “import from third countries”.”.
