Omit regulation 15 of the Principal Regulations (import and export of tissues and cells).

In regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations (directions: compliance with the first, second and third Directives), in each place that it occurs, including in the heading, for “first, second and third Directives”, substitute “first, second, third and fourth Directives”.
