Regulation 7 Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations

In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations (characteristics of licences), for “7(1) or (2)”, substitute “7(1), (1A) or (2)”.

After paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, insert—

“5A.

Where the Authority grants a licence under this Schedule authorising the carrying on of the activities to which regulation 7(1A) applies, it must provide the designated individual in relation to that licence with a certificate in the form set out in Annex II to the fourth Directive.”.
