Article 4 Saving and transitional provisions
The modifications made by paragraph 1 of the Schedule do not apply in relation to the application of section 25C of the Immigration Act 1971f1 to offences under section 25, 25A or 25B of that Act committed wholly or partly before the date on which this Order comes into force.
The modifications made by paragraph 2(a), (c) and (d) of the Schedule do not apply in relation to offences suspected to have been attempted or committed wholly or partly before the date on which this Order comes into force.
The modification made by paragraph 2(b) of the Schedule does not apply in relation to offences suspected to have been attempted or committed wholly or partly before the date on which this Order comes into force.
The modifications made by paragraph 3(3) of the Schedule do not apply in relation to offences suspected to have been committed wholly or partly before the date on which this Order comes into force.
