The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 150(1) and (2) and 157(2) of the Government of Wales Act 2006f1.
In accordance with section 150(5) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and was approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
