The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1) and 40(4) of the Identity Cards Act 2006 ^f1, makes the following Order.

In accordance with section 4(4) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
