# The ILF Scotland (Miscellaneous Listings) Order 2018, Article 5: Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011


(1) The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In the schedule (authorities to which Part 1 applies), under the heading “Others”, after the entry relating to Highlands and Islands Enterprise insert—
“ILF Scotland”.
