  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 72(2)(a) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, section 18(4) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, section 210(2) of the Equality Act 2010, section 2(8) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 and section 99(2) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nFreedom Of Information\nPublic Bodies\nEquality\nPublic Records\nChildren And Young Persons\nMade 2018\nComing into force 28th June 2018\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, section 3(2)(a) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, section 151(3) of the Equality Act 2010, section 2(2)(a) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011, sections 3(2)(a), 44(2)(a) and 56(2)(a) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 152(3) of the Equality Act 2010 the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.\nIn accordance with section 72(2)(a) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, section 18(4) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, section 210(2) of the Equality Act 2010, section 2(8) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 and section 99(2) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
