Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2023.

This Order comes into force on the day after the date on which it is made.

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Paragraphs (1) and (2), this paragraph, and article 2(1), (2)(b) and (c), (4), (5), (6) and (10) and 3(1) and (2) also extend to the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Bailiwick of Jersey.

Paragraphs (1) and (2), this paragraph, article 2(1), (2)(a), (4), (5), (6) and (10) and 3(1) and (2) also extend to the Isle of Man.
