Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2024.

This Order comes into force at the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which it is made.

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Paragraphs (1) and (2), this paragraph and article 2(2)(a), (4) and (5) also extend to the Isle of Man.

Paragraphs (1) and (2), this paragraph and article 2(2)(b), (4) and (5) also extend to the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Bailiwick of Jersey.
