# The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 3: Consequential Amendments to the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2018


(1) The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 3—
(a) in paragraph 1 (interpretation), omit the definition of “Electronic Visa Waiver”;
(b) in paragraph 2, in table 10—
(i) omit the row beginning “10.7”;
(ii) omit the row beginning “10.7.1”.
