Article 8 Consular Functions

Table 5 specifies the requests for consular functions for which a fee is to be charged, how the fee is to be calculated and the maximum fee that may be charged in respect of each function.

Table 5 applies in relation to the exercise of consular functions whether those functions are exercised by consular officers or by persons who are not consular officers.
