Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Order with the consent of the Treasuryf1, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 68(1) to (6) and (12), 69(2) and 74(8) of the Immigration Act 2014f2.

In accordance with section 74(2)(j) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
