# The Immigration (Biometric Information etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 5: Amendment to regulation 4


In regulation 4 (provision in relation to applicants under the age of sixteen)—
(a) in the heading, after “applicants” insert “and entrants”;
(b) in paragraph (1), after “applicant” insert “or entrant”;
(c) in paragraph (4), after “applicant” insert “or entrant”.
