# The Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015.
(2) This regulation and regulations 2 and 3 come into force at the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which these Regulations are made, regulation 4 comes into force on 29th May 2015, and regulations 5 and 6 come into force on 31st July 2015.
(3) In these Regulations, “the 2008 Regulations” means the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008.
