# The Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015, Regulation 5: Amendment of the 2008 Regulations


In regulation 3A(2)(b) for “in a country or territory listed in the Schedule to these Regulations” substitute “outside the United Kingdom”.
