Regulation 2 Amendments to the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008

The Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (specified categories)—

(a)

after paragraph (m) omit “or”;

(b)

after paragraph (n) insert—

“(o)
as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant;

(p)
as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant;

(q)
as a Tier 1 (Investor) Migrant;

(r)
as a Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) Migrant; or

(s)
as a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) Migrant.”.
