Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2)
These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(3)
In these Regulations, the “2008 Regulations” means the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008f1.
