# The Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 15: Amendment of the 2008 Regulations


In regulation 17 (cancellation of a biometric immigration document)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (h) omit “or”;
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (i) insert “or”; and
(c) after sub-paragraph (i) insert—
“(j) a person has failed to collect the document within the period or by the process specified in the written decision issued under regulation 13A(2).”.
