# The Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, Regulation 17: Amendment of the 2008 Regulations


In regulation 20 (application of these Regulations to a person who is required to apply for a replacement biometric immigration document)—
(a) in paragraph (1) after “regulation 3” insert “or 3A”; and
(b) in paragraph (2) for “leave to remain” substitute “leave to enter or remain”.
