  "text": "Subject to regulation 11, any record of a person’s fingerprints or his photograph, or any copy of them, held by the Secretary of State pursuant to these Regulations must be destroyed if the Secretary of State thinks it is no longer likely to be of use in accordance with regulation 9.",
