  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 2014 Act” means the Immigration Act 2014;\n“entry clearance officer” means a person entitled under the immigration rules to grant or refuse entry clearance;\n“immigration rules” means rules made under section 3(2) of the Immigration Act 1971.",
