Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 3A(13) of the Immigration Act 1971, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force 27th February 2004
Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3A(1), (3), (6) and (10) of the Immigration Act 1971, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
