The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A(1), (2) and (7) of the Immigration Act 1971 (“the 1971 Act”)f1.
A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 3A(13) of the 1971 Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
