  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis order amends the definition of a registration card contained in section 26A(1) of the Immigration Act 1971. Section 26A(3) creates certain offences in relation to the use of a registration card. Article 2 amends that definition so that a registration card now means a document which carries information about a person (whether or not wholly or partly electronically) and is issued by the Secretary of State either to the person wholly or partly in connection with a claim for asylum (whether or not made by that person) or to the person wholly or partly in connection with a claim for support under section 4 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.",
