  "text": "(1) Article 9 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) omit “or extract”;\n(b) for the words from “, as set out” to “2015/2447” substitute “as published from time to time on the website of the customs authority”.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) in the first subparagraph—\n(i) for “office”, in both places it occurs, substitute “authority”;\n(ii) omit “or extract”, in both places it occurs;\n(b) in the second subparagraph—\n(i) for “office” substitute “authority”;\n(ii) omit “or extracts”.\n(4) In paragraph 3—\n(a) omit “or extract”;\n(b) for “office” substitute “authority”.",
