# The Incidental Flooding and Coastal Erosion (England) Order 2011, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
(a) “the 1991 Act” means the Water Resources Act 1991; and
(b) “the 2010 Act” means the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
