  "text": "(1) In order to amend an assessment the Board must serve an amended assessment notice on the relevant employer.\n(2) The amended assessment notice referred to in paragraph (1) must—\n(a) comply with the requirements for an assessment notice specified in article 11(3); and\n(b) make clear which assessment which is amended.",
