# The Industrial Training Levy (Construction Industry Training Board) Order 2015, Article 6: Treatment of construction establishments as one establishment


The Board and an employer may agree that two or more construction establishments of that employer be treated as one construction establishment for the purposes of assessment of the amount of levy payable.
