# The Industrial Training Levy (Construction Industry Training Board) Order 2018, Article 12: Amendment of assessments


(1) In order to amend an assessment the Board must serve an amended assessment notice on the relevant employer.
(2) The amended assessment notice referred to in paragraph (1) must—
(a) comply with the requirements for an assessment notice specified in article 10(3); and
(b) make clear which assessment is amended.
