# The Industrial Training Levy (Construction Industry Training Board) Order 2026, Article 12: Amendment of assessments


(1) In order to amend an assessment, the Board must serve an amended assessment notice on the relevant employer.
(2) An amended assessment notice must—
(a) comply with the requirements for an assessment notice specified in article 10(3), and
(b) make clear which assessment is amended.
