  "heading": "Withdrawal of assessments",
  "text": "(1) In order to withdraw an assessment the Board must serve a withdrawal notice on the relevant employer.\n(2) The withdrawal notice referred to in paragraph (1) must make clear which assessment is withdrawn.\n(3) Where an assessment has been withdrawn the assessment notice shall have effect as if the assessment withdrawn by the Board had not been included in that notice.",
