Article 17 Revocation and saving

Subject to paragraph (2), the Industrial Training Levy (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) Order 2015^f1 is revoked.

Notwithstanding the revocation described in paragraph (1), the Industrial Training Levy (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) Order 2015 continues to have effect in respect of the first and second levy periods specified in that Order.
