In section 12(3) of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990f1 (deemed hazardous substances consent: government authorisation) for “(2B)” substitute “(2C)”.

1990 c. 10. Section 12 was amended by section 18 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 (c. 42), paragraph 45 of Schedule 2 to the Planning Act 2008 (c. 29), and paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 (asc 3). There are other amendments to section 12 but they are not relevant.
