  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 64(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nINSIDER DEALING\nMade 2002\nComing into force 2002\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 64(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (“the 1993 Act”);\nNow, therefore, the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 60(1), 62(1) and 64(3) of the 1993 Act, hereby make the following Order:",
