  "text": "(1) The Pension Protection Fund (Entry Rules) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 1—\n(a) in paragraph (3) omit the definitions of “establishment” and “the Insolvency Regulation”; and\n(b) omit paragraph (7).\n(3) In regulation 7—\n(a) in paragraph (1) for “paragraphs (2), (4) and (5)” substitute “paragraphs (2) and (4)”; and\n(b) omit paragraphs (5) and (6).\n(4) In regulation 7A—\n(a) in paragraph (2) for “paragraphs (3), (5) and (6)” substitute “paragraphs (3) and (5)”, and\n(b) omit paragraphs (6) and (7).",
