# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 145


In rule 1.28 in paragraph (2A) for “main proceedings, territorial proceedings, or secondary proceedings” substitute “COMI proceedings or establishment proceedings”.
