# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 162: Amendments to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989


In Article 2(2) in the definition of “the EU Regulation” at the end insert “as it forms part of domestic law on and after exit day”.
