# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 174: Amendments to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989


(1) Article 169 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) omit “and any statement under Article 124(7) or 124A(2)” and “of the final account or notice”.
(3) Omit paragraphs (1A) and (1B).
