# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 180: Amendments to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989


In Article 347 in paragraph (3)—
(a) omit sub-paragraphs (aa) and (ab);
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “, (aa) or (ab)”;
(c) in sub-paragraph (ba) omit “, (aa), (ab)”;
(d) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “ (aa), (ab),”.
