# The Insolvency (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 183: Amendments to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989


In Article 365 in paragraph (1B) for the words from “an offence” to the end of the sentence substitute “a new relevant offence (see Article 366A)”.
